Commercial Description:
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

This beer is fantastic! And I don’t say that often. On tap in Milwaukee, pours a beautiful hazy amber color with a thick foamy head that clings to the glass the whole way down. I couldn’t judge the aroma too well because of the smoking in the bar, but it was lightly hoppy and malty in the nose. It’s not overly hoppy to the taste, but it is very full in flavor. There’s citrus, caramel, amber malts and light floral hops. It all blends together into this fantastic flavor that I could drink all day. Very smooth on the tongue the whole way down. Excellent beer.

12oz bottle-A light amber in color with a head that dissipated quickly and has an aroma of hops. A light body with a taste of citrus, hops and malt. Not a big hoppy flavor but a decent drinking beer.

(bottle) Amber, decent off white head. Hops in the aroma (perhaps not as much as the commercial description). Nice balance of malt and hops. A solid pale ale, although not as hoppy as some "American" pale ales.

A creamy take on classic pale ale. Dry , hoppy, and citrus but mouth feel has creamy aspect and their is a sort of sweet undertone despite being dry. Yum.

Got this bottled from the brewery in Milwaukee. Good example of the style. Slightly bubbly, hazy deep amber pour with a dreamy white head that lingered just on the surface. Hoppy and flowery nose with some grape and apple cider. Very pronounced burst of bitter hops early on drifts into a balanced and clean finish. I liked this one.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with off white head. Big hop aroma, citrus, some caramel. Taste is more of the same with some citrus hops, some caramel and finishes with a taste of tea. Fairly light body, easy drinking. Not bad.

Smells like hops, even over the can of smell ranch dip my mom opened next to me. A pretty average APA, which means a good beer for me.

Bottle poured a clear amber with a large lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of carmel and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light citrus and hop bitterness with a smooth mildly bitter finish.
