Commercial Description:
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

a copper maroon color w/ a small white well laced head. Smells of a light carmel malt and a nice grass hop w/ a touch of some dark fruits. Palate is to light but pleasant. Flavor is lightly biter a hint of carmel and thats about it. a very simple beer but a good drink.

Pours to a bronze body with a thin creamy beige head that has excellent lacing. The aroma is toasted malts. Leafy hops. Plum. The flavor has a sweet hop. I’m thinking there’s some amarillo hops in this.

Copper colored from the bottle. Fruity aroma with a minimal head. Medium bodied with a malty sweet, citrus flavor. Nice bite of hops at the finish.

Nice amber color with a slightly yellowish head. The aroma is oranges and flowers. The taste is oranges and bread with some spicy cinnamon. This is pretty good for a spicy APA. The mouthfeel is slick and slightly thin.

Copper colored, big head, and a slight haze. Aroma is a herbal with standard hops, a little flowery. Creamy, smooth body. Nice citrusy, flowery hop profile, a little weak but that is due to the age of the keg. Slight metallic aftertaste along with hops. A decent APA.

In the bottle. Standard copper color with a fleeting white head. Giant bubbles left in the head, but the beer is amazingly undercarbonated. Almost flat. Nice mild hop aroma. Slightly flowery. Malty sweetness to the taste, followed by a medium hop bolus. Then there’s this tangy metal sensation on your tongue. A side of the tongue balanced bitterness then wins out. Aftertaste is slightly green apple sour. An odd beer. Not extremely pleasing, but not offensive.

Bright copper. Nose of slightly rotting vegetables. Tastes creamy, with berries and way too much sugar. Bit of maple/toffee in the finish. Nice palate.
