Commercial Description:
This top fermenting amber-colored ale is brewed using generous amounts of malt and kettle hops. The trademark of this ale is its beautiful hop bouquet and taste that comes from a liberal dry hopping of the highest grade Cascade hops during the secondary fermentation. The malt firmness of this ale comes from the perfect mixture of two-row malted barley, carapils, and caramel specialty malts. The ale has an original gravity of 1060 and is fermented at 65 degrees farenheight which imparts the classic ale fruitiness to the brew.

Bottle Pours a hazy medium red/amber witha modest white head. Aroma is bready and pilsnerish with a touch of hops. Flavors are consistant, toasted malts, a bit sweet and just enough hops to ballance. Feel is thin but smooth and carbonation is soft. Aftertaste is a faint malty, woody flavor. Not bad. Thanks to MrFzcto

Bottle. Poured a small white head with fair lacing, transparent, carbonated, and an orange hue. Aroma was malty, caramel, and hoppy. Flavor was malty, caramel, sweet, and hoppy. Hoppy mouthfeel. Medium bodied APA.

This bottled brew poured a small sized head of fineto medium sized white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body was a transparent light orange brown and it was softly carbonated. The aroma was very mild for an APA with mild malts and hoppy notes. The mouthfeel is mildly tingly with a mellowing finish. The flavor is mild with malty and hoppy notes.

Pours a golden orange with a white frothy head. Aroma is hoppy with a hint of wheat and citrus. Flavor is hops, but still smooth and enjoyable. Barley/oats also tasted. Overall not bad...

Bright medium crown, bright amber color. Hoppy nose but rather on shy side, sweet malts are sitting behind. Flavours on front are medium bitter, rather thin bodied. Sweet if you consider this pale ale. I do not dig Pale Ale Light.

Golden amber, with a small white head. Very nice aroma, slightly resiny with a hint of lemon and grapefruit. Flavour has a pleasant mild bitterness but is a bit of a disappointment since it is a lot less than inferred from the hoppy aroma. Average mouthfeel, bordering on light. Nice but average beer.

This was another wonderful surprise on our Wisconsin tour. Seems like everywhere I turned, I found another great beer. Sort of a sweet, yet refreshing taste. I drank a lot of this up there. Wish we could get it in Alabama.
