Jan 19, 2009 Bottled Sep Week 4, Poured a slightly hazed orange with a creamy off-white head that had a thin layer lasting a good lace. Nice floral and citrus hop aroma. The flavor has malts with a citrus background. Medium body and medium bitterness. Decent.

Jan 17, 2009 Pours hazy orangish color with white head. Citrus hop aroma with some floral notes. Slightly sweet malt flavor with some bitterness and citrus flavors also. Medium body with average carbonation. A nice IPA.

Jan 16, 2009 Poured a slightly hazed gold with a medium sized off-white head. The aroma had a hoppy front with citrus, orange and floral notes. The flavor was a decent mix of citrus and malt. Some mild fruitiness. Mildly bitter finish.

Jan 13, 2009 12 oz. bottle shared by goldtwins. Pours a hazy gold with a linen white head. Light, pleasant aroma of caramel and citrus. The flavor is caramel up front followed by a wash of mild citrus and pine. Moderate bitterness at the finish that does not linger. Medium bodied.

Jan 12, 2009 Updated: Mar 27, 2009Hazy golden color with an amber hue and a thick, creamy tan head that sticks to the glass. Light hoppy aroma with a rich creamy mouth feel and a nice balance with a hint of pine. Doesn’t taste like your typical IPA but it’s still an excellent brew. Almost like a pale ale version of the Big Easy Lager.
