Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Floral hoppy nose. Mid-sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Growing late bitterness with mango anf flowers.

12oz. Brown straw, slightly cloudy due to yeast at bottom of bottle. Apricot and lemon nose besides hoppy resin, little noticable malt. Flavor has golden grain in the middle somewhere, tingly hops first and a lasting bitter finish. Malt character is very subtle but a big part of the overall flavor. Complex and delicious! I just noticed that it’s 7%, it’s so balanced I never would have guessed that high. Would definitely go out of my way to buy. Yay beer!

From a bottle at SB&WF 2009. Cloudy orange with medium off-white head. Hoppy aroma with peaches, apricots, and dark berries. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Well balanced, dry finish with medium bitterness. Very nice.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Nose is oranges and spices. Taste is toffee, biscuits, orange mandarin, orange peal, lemon and some spiciness. Body is medium, carbonation is moderate.

Pours a hazy golden amber coloring with a nice size white creamy head. Zesty citrus nose with a bit of sticky resin notes as well. Not much of a malt body, with differents strains of hops coming through at different times on the palate. Pretty standard fare here, not

On tap @ the Memorial Union on Lake Mendota - Pours hazy dark amber with a big foamy cream head. The smell is wonderful -- sweet malt and a blast of floral hops and honey. The taste is a bit of a letdown though, as it’s all out of balance. it’s way hoppy and bitter without much malt. The finish is real bitter and burns just a bit. Syrupy and resiny on the tongue. A beer that doesn’t live up to its aroma, but decent nonetheless.

Botle. Gold pour. Very resinous aroma with some odd old apple aroma. Flavor is like old oxidized apples and some floral/citrus hops. Meh.
