May 21, 2009 Bottle. Good floral aroma along with some sweet citrus. Copper body with white creamy foam head. Decent to start off with citrus hop flavor. Finish was heavy dose of sweet caramel malt. Lost the crispness it started out with. Good brew thanks to the wife for being my beer spotter.

May 19, 2009 hazy amber pour, small immediately disappearing off white head, very little lace. nose has bubblegum, sweet tea, but i could not detect the hops...not a good sign. luckily the hops were mor prominent in the flavor, with creamy caramel. both the aroma and flavor are a bit too weak for me. light bodied, dry finish. much too mild for my taste. single bottle purchase from binny’s orlad park.

May 17, 2009 (12oz bottle) Small off-white head atop murtk amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, light orange/floral. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some caramel, lemon. Medium body, some acidity.

May 11, 2009 Bottle poured into pint glass. I bought this at the PizzaPort Carlsbad shop over the weekend. I drank alot of beer in four days.
This pours nicely carbonated and is still bubbling a bit after a few minutes in the glass. Faint aroma that is mildly sweet. Taste is on the malt side but has a good texture. Good beer that I had never heard of prior to seeing it.

May 6, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear golden beer with offwhite head. The aroma is hops (citrus/cascade) and some acidity. The flavor is also hops (grapefriut) with notes of malt. The palate is bitter, and overall this beer is a little to strong in the bitterness. Still above average though.

pours a hazy copper color, thick pillowy inch of light tan head that sticks around well and laces the glass like crazy. Sharp aroma of grapefruit citrus hops with a healthy dose of unpleasant astringency. Flavor follows the nose... some bland citrus notes of oranges and grapefruit, muted caramel sweetness... and a flat astringency that permeates the flavor. Less disagreeable than the nose, but still a significant detraction. Palate follows with an unpleasant thinness. Altogether thoroughly disappointing.
