Apr 30, 2008 Dull colour, lacking both carbonation and head. Smells kind of catty, a little bit minerally, and fairly herbal. Drinks light - not really enough bitterness for a pilsner. Still a bit catty in the hop character. The malts aren’t bad, but they’re not bright either. A bit disappointing.

Feb 1, 2007 (12oz bottle, bottled first week, November) Small white head atop clear straw body. Aroma is mild, medium sweet,some herbal/floral, grain. Taste is medium sweet, herbal, cereal, some floral, light metallic. Some bitterness, to be certain, but very mild. Light-medium body.

Nov 25, 2005 12oz bottle acquired in trade with Jcapriotti (thanks!). Bottle labeled bottled during Jul WK4. Poured a lighter and slightly hazy golden color with a smaller sized with head. Aromas of grain, wet grass and light citrus. Tastes of grain and light citrus with a light grassy finish. Thinner body.

Jun 6, 2005 Light burnished amber body wearing a sticky if thin white head. Gentle caramelly nose with plenty of fresh hay and crisp grassy tones. Delicious toffee notes mingle around the slight apparent tartness and beg for a sip. Nutty palate, floral and highly crisp. Could use more bitterness, but this must have a few months on it easily. Crushed grains suggestions create a superb cereal side that shows its malt foundations through a firm medium body. Great pils.

Sep 12, 2006 Bottle... Hazy yellow lager with a small, fizzy, white head. Lactic, fruity aroma. The flavor is malty-sweet and lightly tart with a spicy hop bite. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes crisp and tangy. A shout goes out to headbanger for sending the bottle my way!

Jun 6, 2003 Pours a clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma is a green leafy and flowery one. Flavor has some malt profile, but a strange off-putting chemical (acetone and ammonia) finish hovering on a Saaz hop bitterness. This really tasted awry to me, perhaps I got an old bottle. I wouldn't know, the bottle only lists the week and month the beer was brewed, no year.
