bottle - Pours copper with a one finger head. It has a light hop aroma, then a caramel malt flavor with mild hops. This brew is a little too thin bodied and finishes mildly bitter. Not bad.

Pretty unexciting. Thin aroma and flavors. Color is a nice reddish copper hue. The finish is slightly bitter otherwise drinks well ’cause it is watery and diluted.

12 oz. bottle from the variety 8 pack - Pours an amber color with a one finger thick light tan head. Very light spotty lacing. Has a bready, caramel malt aroma. Has a sweet, toasted caramel malt flavor with a touch of diacetyl. Medium body. A decent Organic beer.

12 oz bottle. Place for best before date on the label, but it’s not marked.

Deep copper with a 1 finger tan head. Zero retention or lace.

Aroma is light caramel malt and dirty water.

Flavor is slightly piney, with a touch of caramel on the finish.

Bottle, Pint glass, aroma is of slightly sweet malts, no real hop presence, pours with a thin rappidly diminishing head, There is a bit of hops flavor, and some mildly roasted malts. Not bad but nothing memorable. For an ESB its pretty sad, double the hops, I really enjoy this style usually because of the balance of hops to malts, but this seemed to lack it quite a bit. Maybe I am wrong but shouldn’t the grain and hop bill be more englsh in nature? Maybe they should call it a Marzen, I would say it was a tasty marzen, but not so tasty as an ESB.

Pours nicely into the glass and looks great, but goes downhill after that. I just expected so much more from this, as I am big fan of this brewery. I was expecting something bold, but it just has a little malt and slight watery taste. I just felt it could be better.

bottle...poured down center of pint glass produced enourmous amount of head. Tastes like it may have been made with well water (is that part of the organic process?). Slightly sour tasting with an unpleasant after-taste.

Full brown with some lacing but no real head. Very light around the edges. Aromas of brown bread, a little hop herbalness, and - oddly enough - water. Palate is thin, though there is some rough malt presence on the finish. Not terribly bitter. A little caramel, some mineral/paper flavors, and dry malt. Eh.
