| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 28, 2009 (bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold color with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet malts. Not too much else in it. Flavor begins with sweet malts and some fruits. The middle is malty but turns to bitter quickly and rather bitter at the end. Clings to your palate for a while. Flavor is also pretty malty with just a slight hint of some bitterness on the finish. Not very good. nqualls (1428), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Mar 3, 2009 12 oz bottle from Stone’s River Total Bev in Murfreesboro. Infected. That’s about all there is to say. Almost sprayed the ceiling when I opened it. I got one good sip from the whole bottle. I love the Pumpkin beer they make, but the rest of their stuff is so hit and miss with respect to quality that I almost hate to buy anything from them. shadey (1501), Rochester, New York, USA

Aroma is malty but with a touch of tingling bitterness. Flavor has more of the bitterness but eh, this comes across as flat and disappointing. unclemike (833), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA

| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jan 27, 2009 Bottle at Ecco restaurant, Atlanta. Had just read an article about organic beer that included this one so was delighted to find it here. Unfortunately it tasted of butterscotch. Really, do they have no quality control? It wasnt as spoiled as some of the samples reviewed here but it was definitely not the flavor the brewer intended. Its diacetyl and as strong as I have had in a beer recently. Yuck.
