Minimal aroma of sweetness. Reddish in color with a quickly disappearing head. Rich and malty in flavor, with not enough of the earthy/slightly minty hops. This beer would kill with a bit more flavor and aroma hops.

Bottle. Hazy amber brew with subtle hop aroma. Biscuit grains and light English hops. Not very bitter. Easy to drink and tastes okay, but not something I’d hunt down unless it had to be organic (and even then...).

Bottle. Pours amber with a thin head. Lightly sweet aroma, a bit toasty. The flavor is well balanced and light, a bit earthy with toasty sweet malt. Not bad.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Hazy, amber color. Mild, sweet aroma. Light malty, sweet flavor - not much bitterness. A little sweet for my taste.

Bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy dark gold with a one finger white head and minimal lacing. Nose is mainly sweet malt with a faint sour/bitter aroma. Taste is sweet caramel malt with a touch of bittering hops in the finish. Medium mouth feel. Not great, but drinkable.

12oz bottle. Pours hazy amber with a thin, fizzy, offwhite head, specks of lace. Smells very subdued malty, sweet metallic. Tastes nice and sweet malty, caramelly, slightly fruity, slightly metallic. Medium body, ok carbonation.

Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced an amber body topped by a small tan head of foam. Aroma is mildly hoppy, and I mean mild, not much nose at all. Mildly carbonated with a malty sweetness, followed by a slight bitterness; fairly well balanced. Palate is uncomplicated and favors toward the hops with a slight bitter aftertaste. This is the second certified organic brew I have tried and have yet to be impressed.
