Rich and malty in flavor, with not enough of the earthy/slightly minty hops. This beer would kill with a bit more flavor and aroma hops. McGarnigle (318), Rochester, New York, USA

Biscuit grains and light English hops. Not very bitter. Easy to drink and tastes okay, but not something I’d hunt down unless it had to be organic (and even then...). blipp (1738), Newark, New Jersey, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 4, 2008 Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced an amber body topped by a small tan head of foam. Aroma is mildly hoppy, and I mean mild, not much nose at all. Mildly carbonated with a malty sweetness, followed by a slight bitterness; fairly well balanced. Palate is uncomplicated and favors toward the hops with a slight bitter aftertaste. This is the second certified organic brew I have tried and have yet to be impressed.
