| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 20, 2004 This beer formed a small sized ivory head with fine-small sized bubbles that completely dissipated. The body was transparent and carbonated with an amber hue. The nose was malty and also caramel with a sweet, malty, and caramel flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth and this was a medium bodied beer with mediocre lacing. A very drinkable beer in my opinion and recommended. TomDecapolis (3173), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a translucent golden amber with a smaller bubbly off white head that left some lacing. Aroma of sweet malts, toasted malts, caramel and some fruitiness. Flavor of sweet toasted malts, caramel, very clean mouthfeel, some citrus from the hops. TheBeerGod (3157), Newport News, Virginia, USA

Aroma is malty and leaning towards sweet with nice caramel notes. Lighter hops in the nose as well. Taste is sweet and malty with more caramel. Ever so slight hoppiness coming through to balance this nicely. Light bitterness. Body is smooth and creamy with light carbonation feel. Finish bring more of the hops forward along with light bitterness, creamy malts and caramel. Nice! PorterPounder (3138), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 28, 2003 Very drinkable - smooth tasting Vienna. Clean clear malty aroma - bit of a sugary sweetness to it. Little to no head - but what is there leaves a soapy foamy trailing lace. Flavor is somewhat nutty and I detect caramel as well. Overall, a good Vienna and am looking forward to finding more from this brewer which is not available too much in Florida. GeneralGao (3057), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2007 12 oz bottle. Poured a clear orange color. Head was off white and dissipated over a period of several minutes. Smelled of toffee, flowery hops, and dark cherry. Medium bodied and slightly sweet on the tongue. Tasted of cherry, raisins, and malty caramel. Pretty tasty. presario (2983), Calgary, Alberta, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 23, 2009 Trade with noncaloric. Thin head. Dark amber beer. Very light aroma. A strong inhale builds a doughy heaviness with a center that is still elusive. Full body. Toasty flavour. Bring on the pint glasses! SledgeJr (2961), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 6, 2005 In the bottle. Pours a hearty amber with a fluffy yellow head. Sally the cat types this about the beer while walking on the keyboard: wssssssbnnnne9oooooo. Decent malty aroma. First flavor is a slightly sour surge. Follow this with a weakly hoppy taste. This is the closest beer I’ve ever had to a cheese taste. Odd. Light palate and well carbonated. Leaves a lasting bitter taste that is not particularly pleasing. If this is an all-malt beer, does that mean that this brewer usually uses adjuncts?
