Thanks to my bro for picking this up. Pours a hazy straw color with nice gobs of lacing along the glass as the beer is consumed. Aroma is slightly fruity with hints of lemongrass and biscuity dough. Taste is bits of lemongrass, doughy malt, and a bit of grain taste. Finishes clean with a bit of fruit in the swallow. All and all a solid pilsner.

Pours a transparent bright effervescent golden with a stringy-lacing white head. Aroma of authentic fresh Saaz hops and pale malts. Starts with pretty good fullness and a lightly sweet pale malty flavor well-balanced with a crisp, assertive Saaz bittering and flavor hop profile before a clean bittersweet finish. Very true to style and drinkable.

Pours a nice yellow color with a medium white head.Aromas of yeasty grains, corn and some hops peeking through as well. Flavor is of grains that turn very sweet, then the saaz hops take over to finish it off bitter.Nice light to medium body to it. Very good for the style.Great cause as well!

Bottled Week 3, September, 2008. Pours a straw golden color with a large creamy white head that leaves lots of sticky lacing. Aroma is skunky, slight citrus, and hay. Taste is skunky, citrus, hay, and some bitterness on the finish. Not too shabby.

Picked up a single 22-oz bomber at Discount Liquors in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Pours a clear light golden blonde brew with a decent white head that quickly dissipates and leaves a spotty lacing. Aroma of grassy hops at first and then a golden grain malt, some citrus zest and a hint of lemon. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt, citrus zest, and some grassy hops. Finish has a semi-dry bitterness that quickly disappears to a crisp finish.

Slightly hazy golden yellow with a thin, frothy white head. Aroma of light grain and cereal malt. Flavor is sweet malt and a light toastiness with a background of light, grassy hops. Nice, clean malty finish.

Lightly hazed straw to light golden in color liquid. Moderate off-white head. Light malt and grain aromas along with some noble and lightly citric hops. Light malt sweetness that is rather quickly taken over by the hops. Fairly crisp and a mix of grassy and citric hops flavors. Finish is quite dry and a bit of tonic and toasted malt in the linger. This does remind me of the Klisch Pils, much more than the Wolski’s Pils. Rogue by another name?

Lots of lager yeast in the aroma and flavor. Yelow color and low carbonation for the style. Medium bodied, adequate hop and malt flavors. A well made pilsner in the central European style, very good for an American effort.
