Commercial Description:
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

Draft at Lakefront. The color of light straw, cloudy. Coriander and wheat are dominant aromas, there’s also a bite from either the hops or CO2. Very mild tasting, almost watery. Pleasant to drink, good social beer. Yay beer!

Pours yellow like thin lemon curd color.Refreshing but boring lemony and carbonated. Not enough spice or orange can’t taste the coriander.

12oz- Good hazy orange color, solid flavor, refreshing with a spice rack in there. The lack of an aromatic nose and any sort of head really hurt it. A good try, but this is no clone of Hoegaarden. I do like the label.

(bottle - 12 oz) Cloudy gold color with a thick white head. Aroma is spicy at the beginning with a decent amount of coriander, wheat and some light orange peel. Flavor is spicy at the beginning. Coriander is very present and gives way to a grainy wheat middle mixing with some spices and a very light orange note. Very refreshing.

On tap at Barcade. Pours a hazy milky golden amber with a thin white head. Coriander, lemon, orange, jalapeno/habanero. Light spicy, medium, nice small carbs. Light wheaty finish. Decent.

Tap at Barcade: Very cloudy golden with a fading white head. Mild coriander and lavender in the aroma with a touch of crisp citric (mainly lemon) wheat notes and dry white pepper like phenolics. Crisp light body. A touch soapy in the flavor (left in primary too long?) or just astringent spice notes (boiled too long?). Mildly astringent tannic spice notes of lavender. Again a bit soapy, but still was able to drink the pint.

Another beer from down the street. It pours a cloudy pale yellow. Small amount of head. No lace. The aroma is wonderful. It smells of creamy vanilla with citrus and wheat. The flavor is very nice. Biscuit with hints of orange. I’m getting a vanilla hint as well. The mouthfeel is very creamy and smooth. It leans to a medium body with mild carbonation. I really enjoy this beer. Yet another fine offering from my neighbors.
