Commercial Description:
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

Very spicy and citrusy. I think my opinion of this beer is skewed because I tasted after a series of flat, flavorless beers.

Bottle. Pours a yellow tinted orange, mostly clear, with minimal head. Aroma is wheaty, has some citrus and grass. Flavor is moderately sweet and full of orange and coriander with a short and somewhat grassy finish. Has a kind of syrupy and flat mouthfeel. This is a good example of a beer that tastes alright but is ruined by appearance and feel.

the body is a little more yellow than a Belgian tripel would be with almost no head. The aroma is a bit strange. You can definitely smell the wheatiness but there is also a bit of orange peel or lemon. Tastes like a typical wheat beer but with a little more spice from coriander and cloves.

Pale semi-hazy yellow with a bit of white head.Aroma is a bit sweet and wheaty with a hint of grass and ginger/corriander. Taste is same with a citrus and gingerbready spice to it which terminates in caramel and vanilla. Metallic grassy hop flavor is present on the first sip but fades thereafter.Case/$30

Bottle. LIghtly citric aroma. Amber tinged gold color with a white head that never really arrived. Starts with a bit of orange peel, and some Belgian type spice. Maybe a touch of clove. Arguably coriander. Wheat malt goes with that. It’s rather thin in body, and the carbonation is a bit sharpish. The finish is pretty dry, and the spice sticks around, along with some lemony citrus. Worth the price, but not as tasty as the usual wit.

12 ounce bottle from a mixed 8 pack that was purchased at Nugget in Woodland, CA. Musty, rubbery, aroma with some coriander notes and a touch of citrus present as well. The rubber aroma tends to dominate, though. Mostly hazy golden-straw body with a pretty small, weak, and wispy white head. Starts pretty light, watery, and metallic, before it becomes astringent with some sour lemon and citrus orange flavors. Some herbal coriander spices come through in the finish. This also has a little doughy flavor in it as well. Decent, but not spectacular.

On tap at Cafe Hollander in Milwaukee. Light golden color. Definite citrus flavor, slight maltiness, not much besides that. More nuanced than say Blue Moon, but all around an average beer.

Bottle: Clear yellow color, very light head and lacing. The nose of light clean spice, some citrus and vanilla, a bit of coriander and wheat, more wheat though than the spice. The flavor doesn’t bring anything extra to the party. A decent body with a thin tail, nothing really too redeeming.
