Dec 2, 2007 Bottle. Pale yellow-straw with a little whitish head. Spicy, orange aroma. Astringent wheat flavor with just a bit of spice. LIngering wheat and grass. Medium body. Just didn’t like it.

Nov 20, 2007 Nice representation of a white ale for an American brewery as far as I’m concerned. It’s no Hoegaarden, but it’s not bad at all. Plenty of coriander and orange peel in this beer.

Nov 13, 2007 12 oz bottle from Lakefront Sampler from Bottle Barn! Nose ofcoriander, orange, and grainy yeast; yellow with a small yellow-tinged head; flavor very spicy with coriander and light orange, yeast, and grassy wheat.

Oct 22, 2007 A sweet wit, while better then blue moon lacks a tart and sour character that I enjoy. Big citrus peel and coriander persona. A little to sweet for me and a bit watery on the palate.

Oct 10, 2007 Had this beer 7/21/2004. Aroma is a mild sour scent with back tones of orange and coriander. Color is a hazy orange gold with floaters. Carbonation is good with a thin head. Taste is sweet and sour. Starting with a medium body that goes down smooth. Finish comes on with a mild sour flavor that is backed by a sweet flavor with back tones of coriander. This is a good beer, but it just isn’t what a White should be.

Sep 8, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a small diminishing white head. The aroma is light citrus, spices, and sweet. The flavor is moderately sweet, with orange citrus and coriander being the predominant tastes. A wheat grass flavor is also present. This has a light watery body with a crisp freshness. Not bad especially on a humid summer Saturday.

Sep 7, 2007 Bottle. Sweet and spicy aroma, coriander and wheat dominated by orange peel/zest and a dash of nutmeg. Highly-carbonated murky yellow pour with a soapy white head. Dry, spicy taste, hints of Saison and dish soap with a touch of lemon carpet cleaner thrown in. Lightish body, crisp initial attack lasts surprisingly long, through into the lemony aftertaste. Reasonably refreshing, even with its moments of harshness.
