| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 22, 2005 Aroma of wit yeast, coriander, slight orange peel, mild white pepper. Appears a slightly hazy slightly pale yellow, with a nice white head that disappears quickly. Flavor is spicy, peppery, malty, very refreshing. Palate is light and refreshing as well, and carries the peppery notes straight through. Overall, this is a very good, though not excellent representation of the witbier style, and it is equal to the sum of its parts. My thanks to joeybgood for this tasty brew. fatty (363), Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 14, 2005 Pours cloudy pale yellow with minimal white head. Aroma of corriander, soapy lemon. I haven’t tried lemon dishsoap, but this must be what it tastes like. Thin, watery palate. weeare138 (936), Collegeville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 11, 2005 Appears a hazy pale yellow with a soapy white head that fades out in a few moments.
Smell is of coriander, along with orange peel with light wheat coming through. Reminds me a bit of dishwashing soap.
Taste is of the soapiness with some orange peel and coriander coming through.
Mouthfeel is acidic and semi-dry.
Drinkability is not as good as I had hoped but it’s not bad.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 24, 2005 Dark and cloudy gold that is a little bit orange. The aroma is lemon bread and bananas. I am having trouble pulling out corriander in the aroma. The taste is light orange peel and a little bit of flowery goodness. There is also a little bit of banana and corriander in the finish. The corriander spice gets stronger as you drink more. A nice rendition of the style. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 24, 2005 Average appearance, golden and hazed wtih a slight, white film for a head. Wheat & yeast aroma with spices and Hefeweizen character along with a touch of butter. Yeasty flavor with a chemical persona amidst burning effervescence. Slight chalkiness to finish. Odd, but enjoyable.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 9, 2005 This ber is pretty blah in my mind. A light off yellow color w/ a large white head w/ some decent lacing. Aroma of nutmeg bread and some malts. The palate is a bi to thin and the flavor is of nutmeg covered bannana. I’m not a big fan.
