I can’t see *any* solids in this beer until holding it up to bright sunlight, and even then they are miniscule. The coriander is apparent in the aroma, along with citrus and wheat. Flavor is light with coriander and yeast; very sour; finish is impressively wheaty. Quite thin. Unimpressive wit. SledgeJr (2977), Omaha, Nebraska, USA

First, I rolled the bottle several times on its side in order to get all the yeast mixed up into the beer during the pour. The big dots of yeast sludge easily went into solution. The resultant pour came out to be a dark gold opaque color with a big bubbly head. The head lasted throughout the drink. Citrus aroma. The flavor was so acidic and tart that it was almost undrinkable. Extreme grapefruit sourness, and not the type that comes from hops. This is possibly the most sour beer I’ve ever tasted. No balance in terms of malt sweetness or hop bitterness. All tart, all the time. Extreme, to say the least. Mangino (1027), Mississippi, USA

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 29, 2005 Huge billoughy head out of the bottle. Light amber color and occluded with particulates in the beverage. Spicy with a hint of cinnamon, this is a excellent Wit. Excellent flavor. Definitely one of the better Wits I’ve had. Thank you JPDIPSO for this awesome beer!!! Dogbrick (2901), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 21, 2005 This brew is a slightly cloudy yellow-orange color with a thin white head. Very little lacing. The aroma is citrusy with a pinch of spice. Light-bodied and crisp, and it has a fruity character. Oranges and lemons dominate, along with some spice and yeast. There is an underlying sourness here and there that kind of throws things off though. The finish is crisp, short and fruity. All in all a pretty forgettable Wit. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 19, 2005 A tickly, hoppy tangerine/citrus aroma that I really liked, a little phenolic. Liked the label (I actually thnk it would make a good poster in a bar.) The beer itself was a cloudy honey color, with a big poofy white head. Tart, a little astringent, refresing and zippy, though a bit one-dimensional. Lightish body, very drinkable, finishes fairly quickly and fruity. A good hot weather brew. hopdog (5614), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 17, 2005 Poured a lightly hazy, medium golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of spices (coriander), orange peels and fruits. Light tastes of the same (smells are stronger than the tastes). Thin body. balke13 (156), MIssoula, Montana, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 4, 2005 Pours a very cloudy golden orange color with a huge fluffy and relatively thick white head. Excellent orange, coriander, banana, and wheat aromas...tart orange and citrus flavors dominate with some wheat backing up this refreshing brew.
