Commercial Description:
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

Bottle. Hazy, dark yellow body with an off-white frothy head, mostly diminishing. The aroma is spicy, dominated by coriander and clove, with hints of lemon and orange peel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter with just a touch of tartness. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. An OK wit with a little too much spice.

Poured a pale yellow/golden color with smaller head and almost no lacing. Aroma was coriander and other spices missing some basic aroma. Flavor much the same but was way to sour/tart. Not a great beer.

12 ounce bottle from State lLine. Pours a very slightly hazy golden yellow with a weak attempt at a head. Decent lacing, however. Aroma is bread, citrus, pineapple and cat food. Taste is pineapple, bread, light spice and caramel. Medium bodied.

12 oz bottle from gputty. Hazy lemon pour with a big white head. Big lemony coriander nose, touches of orange and light wheat. Nice zippy flavors, textbook wit if not for a bit of undercarbonation. Very nice!

21 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a decent pale white head. The head fades leaving behind okay lacing. Notes of yeast, coriander, and citrus on the nose. Mild carbonation with a medium, smooth mouthfeel. A little biscuit and yeast notes. The orange and coriander is light. This is a very easy drinking beer. I have to admit, I am not a huge wheat beer fan, but I can get along with this one. Perhaps this is the one that will turn me to the wheat side. Finishes nicely with notes of bread and citrus lingering on the tongue.

12 ounce bottle. Kind of a watery mess. Pale yellow hue with a white head that did have nice retention. Aroma was mild coriander and the flavor was of bland white bread and coriander. Beer was watery and over-carbonated.
