Appearance: Pours out a clear, yellow body with a thin, fizzy, white head. The kind of beer Stone Brewing talks about.
Smell: Zesty citrus and redolent spices overlaying a light malt aroma.
Taste: Light pale maltiness with a faintly sweet, tangy wheat malt character. Tiniest hint of vanilla. Squirt of lemon juice with a blend of spices with flourishes of cardamom and clove. Mild spicy hops with just a touch of appreciable bitterness. Drying finishes with a light, lingering spice character.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: Nicely refreshing and reasonably tasty. Not bad, Lakefront! thegreenrooster (1852), St.louis, Missouri, USA

Flavor is a nice spice up front then comes more of a citrus followed by bready malts. Better than expected. FROTHINGSLOSH (2038), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 5, 2009 Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy yellow color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma was dry, musty, slightly spicy and had a light citrus element. The flavor was dry, bitter and a little tart with a musty and peppery undertone and a hint of citrus and cardboard. The finish was short. Decent. Odyn (222), New York, USA
