12oz bottle. Aroma: Typical wit aromas. Wheat, lemon, coriander, and a bit of orange. Getting some light sulfury notes, as well. Appearance: Pale golden in color and slightly hazed. Bright white head was full and creamy with good retention. Fair lacing. Flavor: Wheat and a bit of cereal-like barley upfront. Lemon and orange with a bit of pepper and coriander. Light bitterness with a slightly ’wet’ finish. Palate: Light bodied. Medium carbonation. Overall: Refreshing and pleasant, but nothing to wow me.

Aug 29, 2008 Clear golden pour with a small white head. Musty, yeasty nose. Belgian yeast in the flavor, but more of a lagerish taste than I expected. Not a very good example of the style. Decent enough, though.

Aug 27, 2008 Hazy, pale yellow with a pillowy, medium sized, white head. Grassy, sweet citrus aroma. Flavor of crisp wheat, citrus and spice. A bit light but still refreshing and easy drinking with a nice creamy palate.

Jul 10, 2008 nice cloudy pale gold color with slowly disappearing head. scent of correander and some citrus. taste is of yeast and citrus with spice as well. would maybe purchase again.

Jul 10, 2008 Pour is cloudy golden with a long lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is floral with light orange and coriander. (average wit aroma) Flavor is sweet malt, light orange and a hint of wheat. Refreshing brew and an ok wit. Probably won’t buy again.
