Bottle. Strong IPA taste. Good foamy head. Only one bottle in the 6 pack changed itself into foam when I opened it. I recommend the tulip glass to taste the bitterness.

Aroma: Sweet, floral hop nose, biscuity and crytal malt nice balance of sweet malt and hop character. Flavour: Floral hop flavour dominates but well balanced with a sweet malt character. Strong bitter profile which is not resinous. Malt supports strong bitter hang, A bittersweet delicious lingering flavour light oxidized character (low fill) Palate: Medium light body with a fluffy carbonation Appearance: fluffy white head with a tight bead. Deep straw/gold colour leaves a ring of belgian lace around the glass as you drink it. To my eye, a bit of a low fill on the bottle.

(bottled) Amber color, quick falling head. Hoppy fruity aroma, becomes maltier as it warms. Fresh hop flavor with grapefruit zest. This beer tastes green.

From a bottle. A light orange body with an off white head. The aroma was lots of grapefruit with some walnuts and a little caramel. The taste was balanced with some peppers and grapefruit. There was also a little bit of sweet toffee.

Intresting. Labeled as a India Pale Rouse, {a uniquely quebec {as far as I’m aware} style that simply cuts the high malt level of a normal ipa with a little {or somtimes alot} of roasted barley, darkening the colour and adding a slight nuttyness.you see it more and more from quebec micros}. pours deep red, almost brown, white whispy head, gone in a second. Aroma is floral hops, smoth palate, low carbonation. Slight sweet malt, tiny bit of roasted barley {probably why it’s so dark} Small amount of very bitter hops. Second taste is malty, nuts, roast. After taste sweet malt with bitter undertones. Not bad, worth a try. Cheers
