En fût à la Ninkasi. Couleur noir opaque. Mousse brune assez imposante qui reste. Au nez on retrouve des arômes de Cacao, vanille, café, chocolat noir et noix brûlés. En bouche la bière est très légerte. On y découvre des flaveurs de café torréfié, de chocolat noir avec un léger goût de caramel et de noix grillés. Présence aussi d’une amerturme moyenne avec un léger goût terreux.

On tap at Vices et Versa. Pitch black, small chocolate head. Dry oatmeal like aroma. Very interesting dry taste - almost nutty chocolate plus coffee maybe? A little odd. Lots of roast. Thin to medium body. Good, just a little off balance I think.

A pitch black beer with a fast disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of ground cocoa beans, but also lighter notes of milk chocolate and malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and some chocolate, leading to a bitter end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours jet black with a brownish head. Aroma of hard roasted malts and some aroma hops. Medium body with very dry notes of hard roadsted malt and a lightly burned edge. Some sweetish chocolate. Rather subdued bitterness. Quite pleasant indeed. 290806
