Beerlando (1271), Orlando, Florida, USA Aug 23, 2007 Slightly hazy golden color with high carbonation. Decent white head that quickly fades. Minimal, spotty lacing noted. Aroma is of clean pale malts, some grains, and a hint of yeasty funk. Flavor is mildly pleasing, with pale malts and yeast providing the background, and light spices making an appearance. The body is on the light side of medium, and finishes smooth and clean. As pale lagers go, this is one of the better ones. Awesome label, if nothing else! SSSteve (1526), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Jul 27, 2007 hazy gold with a small white head. nice yeasty, butterscotch, citrus aroma. flavor is lightly sour with notes of butterscotch and citrus. not too bad. love the label. i wish every beer had a scratch off with hot chicks on it. bhensonb (2882), Woodland, California, USA Jun 4, 2007 [11.2oz Bottle - Johns Market - what a great place] Nice clean aroma. Not a hint of corn. Maybe a bit of yeast. Golden color is slightly hazy with a decent white head. Citrus? A bit of sour? Some grape as one swallows? At least medium bodied as the carbonation swishes. The finish is a bit herbal and has some citrusy sour - but very light. This is a subtle beer. It’s very good stuff, a lager an ale drinker should not snear at. A pale yellow color with a thick head. A easy to drink and very light malty brew. This was a simple after workign hard beer. Noithing special about this beer. Great ad gimmick and it worked. I picked it for this reason. FrankJohansen (2636), Sabro, Denmark Nov 19, 2006 Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma and taste of malts and spices. Good pale lager.
