Very hazy amber with a tan head.
Yeasty and spicya roma; a bit weiss-like.
Sweet and sourish flavour. Some juniper and toffee/caramelle. A bit too sweet. Maria (4321), Thisted, Denmark Oct 4, 2008 EBF2008. It’s warm golden with a heavenly aroma of malt, banana, yeast and juniper. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, penetrating juniper (in a nice way), banana, a light citrussy sourness, light honey and a very weak touch of smoke. It’s different from any other beer I have tasted, but it’s very, very harmonic and well balanced – I love it! fonefan (4850), Ulfborg, Denmark Oct 2, 2008 Bottle 50cl. w. sving top @ chris_o’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008.
