Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber with a small white head. Sweet malt aroma. Gently toasted malt taste. Spicy mid bitter finish. Full of flavour and interest.

Sep 6, 2008 Nice and creamy head with a dark amber colur not fizzy at all. didnt detect much of a nose. Flavour is wonderfully nutty with a hint of pistachio on the finish. has a creamy feel on the mouth. A nice enjoyable drink

Mar 15, 2008 Cask, The Merchant, Rugby. Murky deep amber with streaks of lace. Distinctly Czech-tasting, grainy and coniferous. Buttery malt and dabs of vanilla, with a varnished wood finish. Probably hopped with Saaz, and creeping towards Bohemian Pils territory, but not quite there..
