A dark orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very lightly of malt and hops - where is the notes from the dry hopping, that they describe? The flavor has a very complex malt back ground on which is a very light hoppy note, leading to a dry end with light notes of herbs and a light bitterness. The mouthfeel is quite smooth. I had expected more, so it is a disappointment.

dark hazy amber, whispy beige head, strong carmel malt aroma with lots of floral hops, nice toffee and carmel flavor, light chocolate, touch of sweetness, a really nice blend of malts, just a touch of balancing hops and light bitterness but it’s all about the malt

Orangey-amber. This is a bland amber ale, unsaved by the hint of toasty, crackerlike malt. Bugger the Amish, at least the Mennonites make good sausage (and kamiak cheese).

12oz bottle- pours a 2 finger high, rich, rocky tan head with copper color. Aroma is grain with an edge that isn’t to my taste. Taste is a nicely balanced grain & hops. Creamy, a little bite, but generally mellow. Mild carbonation. Middle of class, enjoyable. Light/medium body. Ink stamped on bottom 5292A-11414.

Very deep, crystal clear amber hue. Small and frothy ivory-colored head. The aroma is very malty and rich. Caramel and milk chocolate, alcohol and citrus fruit. Malty flavor up front with notes of English toffee and raw beef. Well-hopped! Lightly pungent and moderately bitter on the backside. Medium-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Medium-length, crisp, dry finish.
