Commercial Description:
Crisp and refreshing, this classic Bohemian brings noble hops and traditional German maltiness in perfect union before another healthy dose of imported hops tips the scale toward a decidedly hoppy finish.

transfering from notes. Bottle. Poured a straw yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is or grain and mild hops.Taste is of light malt and hops. Not much on the palate. Does not have the bitter finish of a good pils.

Draft - I would receommend to the brewer that they increase the temp on draft beers. They are served quite cold which limits the flavor significantly. I did enjoy this beer. It wasn’t crisp or bitter like a typical Pils, but rather had a soft malt base and smooth finish. I agree with other raters who liken this to a Pale Malt Lager rather than a Pils.

From the tap poured a clear golden color with a fair amount of head. Nice refreshing malty flavor, not as bitter as expected.

Imperial pint draft at the brewpub. Mellow, sweet aroma. Filtered orange-tan color. Relatively low carbonation with a mild hop crispness. Malty, straightforward. Comes off more like a straightforward Lager than a Pils.

Bottle. Pours a pale golden body with a white rocky head. Aromatics is a light german style yeast with some corny malt. Light earthy hoppiness with a lingering bitterness. Decent.

Yellow pour. Puffy white head. Beer is totally overcarbonated. The bubbles dominated the corn, malt and hop flavors that I tasted.

Poured a golden color with a creamy white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of toasted malts, light citrus, toffee, and a bit of buttercream. Taste of hay, pils malt, toast, citrus, and a light hop bitterness in the finish.

On draught at the Brew Pub. Apperance is a light amber with a white head and not much aroma. The taste is crisp and clean with citrus and a hint of bitterness. It ends with a nice grapefruit finish. Very nice beer and on of my favorite Pilsners.
