Flavour is pretty nice though. Crisp floral hoppiness over a crisp pale pils malts. Not grassy at all, just fresh crisp and dry on the back with a definite herbal character. Nice pils. machfive55 (234), Columbia, Pennsylvania, USA

Not sure if its true or not but I heard the brewery stopped bottling this one and it is only offered on tap. bag (103), Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 2, 2008 From bottle, poured gold, not too light. Lots of head that stuck around forever. Musty aroma. Flavor was nice and slight, but a tad too bitter for what I expected. Went down smooth. I’d like to try this again just to see if my bottle might not have been beat. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 24, 2008 June 2007 - Beer pours darker than the typical pilsner with moderate head and little lacing. Weak aroma of sweet pilsner malts. Flavor was mostly sweet pilsner malts and some mild bittering hops, but none of that grassy type aroma I like in a good pilsner. Very bland...almost like they wanted a beer to give the people who ask, "What do you have that’s like BUD?" dancatts (91), Pennsylvania, USA

Was really surprised with the flavor, which was better than other pilsners I have tried. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 6, 2007 Poured a hazy dark gold color with a thin white head. Malty with notes of caramel in the aroma and flavor. Really don’t get much in the way of hops. Light bitterness on a semi-dry finish. Light body. beerbill (1973), Laurel, New York, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 4, 2007 On tap at Lancaster Brewing. Arrived at the table a clear gold with a thin white head that disappeared after my first sip. Very light caramel malt aroma. Flavor was also very light caramel malt with just a touch of hops bitterness at the finish. This is an ok beer without paying attention to style, but not really what I would expect from a pilsener. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
