Commercial Description:
Our hoppiest beer to date! This formidable India Pale Ale has a hop aroma that demands attention. The bold, citrus hop flavor is balanced by a dry malt character that makes this refreshing ale a true classic.

Courtesy of GMCC2181. 12oz bottle poured clear deep copper with firm tan head. The aroma isn’t much like an IPA with a solid caramelized maltiness, some crystal malts and I’m struggling to pick up any hops of any kind. The taste is much the same with crystal malts starting things off and then a growing malt caramelization peaking about midway is joined up with a light dark fruity essence. For the hops I briefly get moments of pine and citrus hoppiness. It ends mildly roasty with lingering caramel sweetness. Enjoyable beer but if you are really in the mood for an IPA this may not be the call.

12 oz bottle. Pours dark copper with thin beige head. The aroma is very fruity, with melons, pineapple, and orange, and a little bit of a caramel hint. The flavor is light caramel and citrus, melding into fruit and iced tea with a sturdy, woody bitterness. The finish is a little sweeter than I had expected, preventing the bitterness from lingering much. Not bad.

Amber with an off-white head. Very smooth with a little citrus and hops aroma. Lighter then I expected but very drinkable. The alcohol is well hidden.

Bottle. Aroma of citrus and malt.Copper/gold color with thing white head. Flavor of citrus and malt. tastes just like it smells. Not an overpowering hop flavor at all which I loved. For some reason the 7.9% ABV kicked me in the butt too,not complaining. Good little beer.

This IPA was not overpowered with hops at all, making for a nice smooth, subtle flavor. For those not big on a large hop flavor, this is the perfect IPA for you. This has a great copper color and an easy palate.

I was very pleased with this IPA. When you see the 8% alcohol you think that it will be overly powering but it was quite as bitter as some other IPA’s and it had a good body and good flavor.

12oz bottle. I can’t comment on the appearance as I drank a couple of these out of the bottle. The best that I can say about this one is that you don’t really notice the alcohol. For an IPA, I thought the hops were a little too muted although finish is fairly bitter. The malt flavors didn’t really blend too well with the hops almost too much molasses in flavor.

Nice amber color, with a mild malt and citrus aroma. Not as hoppy as the name might imply. Long, dry mildly bitter aftertaste. amber, clear, frothy, white foam, earthy, hay, citrus, medium body, lively, bitter,
