Tap at the brewpub. Aroma is very light, pale malt, some very faint rye spiciness, but it’s pretty subtle. Similar combination of floral/spicy hops as appears in all of their pale beer. Bland and watery and fairly uninteresting.

Jun 30, 2008 From a bottle poured a nice amber color with a fair amount of head. Nice hoppy flavor with a good grainy tatse and a lingering finish.

Jun 30, 2008 Draft. Clear amber body with thin head. Aroma is light grain - faint. Flavor is light grain and rye with a malty presence.

Jun 28, 2008 Bottle in Lancaster - Poured a clear amber brown, small head that simmered away quickly, no real lacing. Grains and rye on the pallet with a little bit of pale bitterness. Malt smoothness that was rather nice. Pared well with ribs. Low-even carbonation dry finish.

Jun 27, 2008 Deep Golden color with thin head. Grainy aroma. Sweet malty and bready flavor with a somewhat bitter aftertaste. Relatively clean finish for a sweeter beer. Better than commercial beer; a passable summertime swill.

Jun 26, 2008 Had this at the Harrisburg brewfest. Appearance - amber color with a mostly diminished head. Aroma - mostly pine and resin. Taste - bitter, dry and noit much hoppiness. Mouthfeel - dry. Ok as an IPA, ut not something I would go our of my way to drink or find.
