Jan 29, 2006 Bottle. Pours a yellow amber maybe because of the inclusion of the strawberries. Slight strawberry aroma as well as dough. The same slight strawberry flavor continues upon tasting, very light bodied against a fairly neutral background. Jan 27, 2006 12 oz bottle pours a clear gold amber with a huge frothy off white head. Head is definately lasting with good lacing. Aroma is of sour strawberries and wheat. Taste is somewhat carbonated. It is not real strong almost light bodied. Overall it is a very average beer. "Okay to drink but not real special.

Jan 14, 2006 pours a fizzy, big foamy tan head with copper color. Aroma is strawberry, wheat. Taste is strawberry, wheat and malt. Not a regular but occasional, nicely done.

Dec 16, 2005 Strawberry jam in the sweet aroma with some notes of tart wheat. Opaque tan body with lasting dense fine bubbled white head that laces well. Strawberry, sweet flavour is fairly lactic in character with lightly tart wheat perceptible in the finish. Light body with refreshing, crisp carbonation. Sampled at the Kennett Square Brewfest 2005.

Nov 24, 2005 poured a bronze color with a long lasting white head. aroma is very sweet, alot of wheat and an undertone of strawberries. flavor is very nice, just the perfect amount of strawberry to give you the flavor but not become cloying. also in the flavor are alot of wheat and just a little bit of caramel. a sweet smooth finish..just an overall enjoyable fruit beer...enough fruit to add the flavor, but not too much to to make it closer to a soda.

Nov 15, 2005 On draught at the brewpub. Pours couldy gold with a thin white head. Smells strongly of strawberries and moldy wheat. Taste is of strawberries and caramel with a slight bite, but very candy store like in flavor.
