Jan 11, 2007 A hazy orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with very strong notes of strawberries - I’m not that fond of strawberries in anything than lambic. The flavor is sweet, but quite light, the strongest note being of strawberries with light notes of malt and even lighter notes of wheat. There’s no flaws, but it is just not me.

May 28, 2004 Bottled. Cloudy reddish brown, minimal head. Light strawberry aroma. Sweet and soft, huge on toffee with strawberry fudge accompanying it. Most fruit wheats are sticky sweet, this is balanced. There are some grassy hops alongside all the toffee in the finish.

Jun 27, 2004 (ODBF04) Clear straw body with minimal white head. Aroma is medium sweet, slightly artificial strawberry, syrup. Taste is mild sweet, mild strawberry, not much else. Light body. Feh!

Jan 31, 2009 On tap at Capone’s. Poured a medium golden/amber color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of berries, strawberries, and some wheatiness. Tastes of the same strawberries and wheatiness. I found the berries to be somewhat on the artificial side (especially in the tastes).

Jan 14, 2006 pours a fizzy, big foamy tan head with copper color. Aroma is strawberry, wheat. Taste is strawberry, wheat and malt. Not a regular but occasional, nicely done.

May 17, 2003 Crystal clear, very deep golden brew. Small, fizzy, white head. Somewhat lasting with good lacing.
Lightly malty nose with a bushel of strawberries and some butterscotch as well.
Very, very lightly floral with a hint of buttermilk in the aroma.
The flavor is a bit thin, but well-balanced with a small burst of strawberries and butterscotch up front. Astringent on the backside with a nice, lightly bitter and lightly tart hop presence.
Light-bodied with a fizzy mouthfeel.
Short, crisp, clean finish. Nice Summer beer, but I wouldn't go out of my way to grab one.

Nov 15, 2005 On draught at the brewpub. Pours couldy gold with a thin white head. Smells strongly of strawberries and moldy wheat. Taste is of strawberries and caramel with a slight bite, but very candy store like in flavor.
