Serving: 12 oz. bottle. Appearance: Pale gold color with a frothy, white head. Aroma: Grainy with a bit of hops apparent in the nose. Some cereal notes. Flavor: Grain, some corn notes, some malt sweetness, and a solid back bitterness. Palate: Medium-high, prickly carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel, and a medium-short, bitter finish. Overall: Somewhere between a Bud heavy and a Bud Light in body with a flavor profile similar to a Corona. Standard macro swill.

Got this at a local burger joint. I’m not sure I get it. It’s just a pilsner clone. No aroma save the smell of limes I had to pull of the mug. Little taste, minimal aftertaste. It might be good on a summer day when your hot and thirsty for anything, but other than that, just stick with a cheaper mega-beer. It tastes the same.

On tap at Margaritaville Orlando. Lets cut to the chase - it’s Budweiser’s version of Corona. A summer thirst quencher and not much else. I’m a died-in-the-wool parrothead, but I’m not overly thrilled with this beer.

Absolutely horrible beer. This has to be one of the worst lagers and beers i have had overall. horrible skunky taste lingers on the palate. tried it a few times...dont know if it is the clear bottle making it worse or what...but this is a bad beer.

12 oz bottle. Smells of corn, other grains; slightly tart even. Pours pale yellow with a medium head, nice lacing. Tastes kind of sweet. Medium bodied. Very smooth and drinkable. Not bad at all for this style.

Light straw color; Light to medium body; Aroma and flavor of grain, sweet malt, and very light hops; Not too watery but fairly bland; Average macro lager for me.

Shared a 12 pack with tarheels86 at a tailgate in Gainesville, FL (Go Gators!). He put all of the jokes in his review, so I’ll just say this: I didn’t buy the 12 pack, my mom gave it to me because she thought the beer sucked. Her favorite beer is Yuengling. Fail.

Landshark Lager: Brewed with the crystal clear waters of the St. Johns River. This is one of my favorite all time beer quotes. Well, this gets mega point deductions for being brewed by a fake entity, Margaritaville Brewing Co. Also, why would it makes sense for a company called Margaritaville to make beer? I’m ragging on Landshark because of these things on top of the fact that it overall just sucks. There is really nothing about this whatsoever that is redeeming. In fact, it could really just be Bud Light in a different bottle and marked up in price but a dollar or so for all I care.

Watery, very little discernible flavor. An interesting attempt for a corporation to try and produce a non-corporate tasting beer.
