Oct 12, 2008 (bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Sweet bready malt aroma with notes of biscuits, a shy floral hoppy touch and alcohol presence. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a smooth carbonation. Pale and cara-malty base with light herbal notes; moderately sweet and slightly bitter finish with notes of alcohol and delicate hoppy notes, giving balance. Likeable Bock (11.X.08).

Jun 21, 2008 Bottle. Medium to dark amber brown color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, wheat, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (030508)

Mid brown with an off white head. Big sweet German malt, nice alcohol notes. HUGE fruit. Interesting and reasonably tasty but far from outstanding.
