0.5 bottle. Golden color with almost no head. Malty and honeyish aroma. Sweetish flavor with good honeyish maltiness and peppery hoppiness towards finish.

(Bottled) Hazy yellow with a small head. Slightly corny, pale-malty aroma. Corny-malty, somewhat acidic flavor with honey hints. Light to medium-bodied with low carbonation. Definitely more malt-accented than hoppy. And not very interesting.

Draught at some bar in Wunsiedel. Clear golden coloured. Big hoppy aroma. Very hoppy flavour with some malty notes underneath. Very bitter and crisp finish with a lingering bitterness. Excellent.

Bottle, from Vroni’s in Bamberg, July 2005. Gold, poor white head and moderate condition. Low grain in the nose, soft chalky sweet malt in the mouth and an emerging hop bitterness in the finish.

Bottle (bought at Landbierdealer, Hof): Clear malty nose with a light, but distinctive hoppy bitterness; golden coloured, small stable white head; soft MF, distinctive, but mild bitter-sweet flavour; mild bitter-malty finish. Pleasant, goes down very well.............
