Flavors is mostly like wet paper and the berry comes through a bit and is not bad. The honey flavor is definately there and the delayed trailer is slightly bitter cardboard flavor. Lively carbonation and a average thin feel. Not a bad as I feared. BrewDad (2372), Olympia, Washington, USA

The overallof this beer was a great attempt but they still have better in Idaho. billk (300), Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 22, 2005 bottle 12 oz. Hazy yellow w moderate white head, some lace. Aroma is hard sugar candy, berry flavor. I can actually detect a huckleberry scent. Flavor is the same, somewhat sweet. These styles aren’t for me so I ain’t gonna knock it. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 10, 2005 Hazy blonde colour. Berryish aroma. Tart, fruity. Light, refreshing and balanced. That it leans towards tartness rather than sweetness is a plus. 5000 (2625), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA

Odd gummybear aroma, and an ever odder Hawaiian Punch flavor. Without my sister helping try this, I would have never guessed. Light body, but rather filling. Finishes with more of a berry flavor, that lingers well after the finish. Very unique, but now one I care to have again.

It is a light friuty and with a bit of sweetness. Think of this beer as a summer dessert sipper. I like this better than any of the other huckleberry beers I have had.
