| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 9, 2006 Hazy beige colour. Orangey, fruity aroma. Beautiful blend of superbly refreshing mandarin orange, wheaty acidity and fresh pale malts. Crazy, cool stuff...one of the best fruit beers I’ve had in a while. hopdog (5581), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | May 26, 2008 12oz bottle acquired in trade with riversideAK (thanks!). Poured a medium and lightly hazy yellow color with an averaged sized white head. There was something about this aroma that I just didn’t like. I wrote down lots of plastic / beach ball with some citrus and wheat sneaking through. Tastes of oranges and wheat. That nasty platic was not in the tastes. Thinner body. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Apr 14, 2008 Pours amber with a white head. Smells of mandarins, dough, some dry malt. Tastes tarte with some touches of mandarines. Decent, but a little thin on the palate. BückDich (4847), McCall, Idaho, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 12, 2007 Clear pale yellow, light head and lacing. Nose of light mandarin, partly funky, some extract notes. Light vanilla, no hops or malt in the nose. The flavor is like a mentos, not the freshmaker part, but it’s lightly citrusy, lightly peppermint and not a whole lot else. Light wheat in the tail. Finishes stale and tart. anders37 (4675), Malmö, Sweden
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Apr 11, 2008 Bottle. Pours a very pale yellow color with a small fast disappearing white head. Has a wheaty tart citrus aroma with some hints of manadrin in the background. Sweet malty and slightly dusty orange flavor. Sweetish malty finish with some weak hints of mandarin orange in the aftertaste. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 31, 2006 Tangy citrus and herbal hop nose with strong underlying sweetness. Opaque blonde body is topped by a low white head that recedes to ring. Tangy orange citrus character to the very sweet flavour. Herbal character in the aftertaste. Very dry light body with crisp strong carbonation. Bottle sampled with CapFlu and Oakes. Skyview (4050), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | May 23, 2008 Received single 12-oz bottle via trade with 5000. Pours a semi-hazy golden pale brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates to a thin ring. Aroma of light white bread malt, a touch of citrus and mandarin oranges. Taste is light to medium bodied, light carbonation with flavors of mild instant orange Tang, white bread dough, grassy hops a touch of allspice, and some white pepper. Finish is semi-dry with a thin orange/coriander aftertaste that quickly disappears. CapFlu (3483), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
