[Sampled at RGESG 2006] Amber. Too much of boiled vegetables in both aroma and flavour. Rather soft moutfeel with some sweet fruitiness.

Slightly yellow good basic head, deep red copperish color. Cheap, boring, metallic, sharp aroma even has some nasty rubberiness. Metallic, watery flavor. Overcarbonated palate. No maltiness. I don’t see anything related to Christmas in this foul beer.

33 cl bottle. Amber colour with a weak head. Amlty aroma with notes of caramel. Flavour of caramel with tones of malt. Ends up little dry and bitter. Very average.

A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet metallic, but also with light notes of caramel. The flavor is of straw, caramel, and metal, leading to a dry end.
