Amber.
Too much of boiled vegetables in both aroma and flavour.
Rather soft moutfeel with some sweet fruitiness. Hildigöltur (5051), København Ø, Denmark Sep 1, 2006 Bottled. Amber coloured. Malty aroma. Sweet malty flavour. Quite thin and bland. mrdasilva (90), Helsinki, Finland May 6, 2006 Slightly yellow good basic head, deep red copperish color. Cheap, boring, metallic, sharp aroma even has some nasty rubberiness. Metallic, watery flavor. Overcarbonated palate. No maltiness. I don’t see anything related to Christmas in this foul beer. Storm (2677), Amager, Denmark Mar 23, 2006 33 cl bottle. Amber colour with a weak head. Amlty aroma with notes of caramel. Flavour of caramel with tones of malt. Ends up little dry and bitter. Very average. Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 18, 2006 A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet metallic, but also with light notes of caramel. The flavor is of straw, caramel, and metal, leading to a dry end.
