Bottle from Cave a Bulles, 6.8% ABV. Deep reddish brown with a small tan head. Nutty caramel aroma. Sweet nuts and caramel flavours. Body could be fuller. Highly drinkable French bock beer.

Bottled. Cloudy brown color, short head. Aroma of some caramel malt, fruity notes like blackcurrant. Again the hint of honey, they tend to use in all of their beers. Bit malty taste, slight sweet, decent body, slight yeasty though. Pleasantly surprised for a small French brewery.
