Blond, clear body. White, fizzy/creamy head. Aroma of fresh (german) hops and some light malts. Refreshing, lightly bitter, lightly sweet flavour, but little bit sticky. Quite a lot of carbonation. Not bad at all.

(Bottled, BBE 03/2010) Clear, greenish yellow with a medium, firm head and some lace. Corny-malty aroma with a touch of butter. Flavor of grainy-corny malt with some aromatic, grassy hops and a moderate bitterness in the dry finish. Almost medium body, slightly fizzy carbonation. A basic, but quite decent German pils.

On draught in Stein, Germany. Pale yellow colour. Smallish white head which leves some lacework. The nose is of overripe lemon, hops and malt with some naphtalene sneaking in. Good bitterness in the taste. Medium bodied. Subtle carbonation. Some gooseberries and overripe lemon showing up. Dry finish. Pleasant.

A typical Black Forset pils: more flowery than fruity, with a pleasant bitter finish; often served too gassy, and can be metallic if poorly stored; there is some bottle variation, which shows that it is not a sterile, industrilally brewed beer; it is subtle, but very pleasant on its own: too delicate for food

( Bottle, 0,5 Litres ) Golden colour, slight sourly aroma, displeasing sourish body, hardly possible to get familiar with this. For drinkers that like their beer sour .... Come out, come out, wherever you are ... --- 02.09.04

(Bottle 50 cl) Standard golden pilsener colour with a small, discreet head. Flowery hop aroma with a rather hoppy finish. 220902

clear and bright golden colour, fine creamy head, oily grassy nose, sweet and medium-bodied, robust bitterness, long malty herbal finish - a good and classical pils
