Very light colored, slightly hazy. Floral aroma of dandilions, mixed with some funky flavors like moldy bread. Light bodied, slightly bitter finish. Interesting Beer, Thanks Per.

Bottled. Visiting La Ferme de Laubicherie is perhaps the most charming brewery experience I've had. It is situated on a farm way out on the beautiful French countryside, and works as a sort of family hotel, where you eat with the family, and sleeps on the farm. The brewing is very small scale, and this beer was a yellow, cloudy piece. The aroma was lightly flowery and the body light. It had cellary undertones and was discretely complex. The finish was dry with light pleasant late bitterness.
