Bottle shared with the guys at the Inglorious Emergency Tasting. Nose is a clean soap hop pinapple fresh clean. Flavor is a little spicy plastic hop. Pours a near clear golden with good white head. Earthy homebrew quality of the aftertaste, and a little plastic. Great nose, and good flavor, but a little flawed.

Pours a hazy orange with big white head. Aroma of sticky pine hops, hint of malts. Similar taste, very hoppy. Kind of funky aftertaste. Great aroma, but average imperial ipa.

Pours a pillow, off-white, lacing head with a golden-amber body. Smells of grapefruit, pine, toffee. Flavor is cotton candy, citrus hops. Slightly spicy and bitter on the finish. Little home brew in the aftertaste.

A well-balanced DIPA. Not as hoopy as I would’ve liked (and excepted), but still pretty solid. Bought in NJ, so I wonder if the dreaded "three t’s" (time, travel, temp) had something to do w/ its less-than-diseralbe tasting. At 120+ IBUs I was expecting more. Avery Maharaja blows this one away.

mostly orange in colour. Starts with a nice big head but it eventually dies out. Sticky sweet aroma with a nice dose of hops. Very drinkable and barely lets on that it’s a big beer. Again, it’s pretty sticky with a nice lush mouthfeel. Biscut like malt gives way to a nice even hop flavour, lots of floral hops with a bit of grapefruit in there.

Usually when a new brewery comes into the area we get their best. Not here - the first batch of this IIPA that came into Missouri was three months old. Hopefully they send this fresh later so I can rerate on a fresh bottle - this bottle suffered from being old, but this was what came from the distributor, so a rating is still in order. Pours lightly hazy copper with a sudsy tan head. The aroma has quite a malty presence that has light toast and quite a bit of sweetness. There are some citric hops hiding in there somewhere. This has a medium / full body with a light abrasiveness and sharp microcarbonation. The flavor starts with bubblegum like taste, some earthy/woodiness (hops, oxidation or both?), minor toast and some medicinal traits. The finish is astringent and harsh. 127 IBUs? Not noticeable at this age. This was "meh" in every way. Laughing Dog / distributors - please show St. Louis some love and give us these beers fresh so we can taste the big IBUs that are supposed to be here. Hopefully I can rerate this soon.

22oz bottle. Pours a bright orange clear color with a big foamy white head. Nose is grapefruit and resiny hops, a nice floralness and a hint of biscuity malt. Palate is full and clean with some light playful carbonation. Flavors of biscuity malt notes, some breadyness, a nice floral hop note with some tingliness in the finish. pretty well balanced.

Bottle from once upon a vine in Richmond, VA. Hazy bright amber pour with nice retention and lace. Floral notes and earthy malts on the nose. Grapefruit, honey, light citrus, and grass
