Commercial Description:
Our Crème Ale is a traditional crème ale with both ale and lager yeast, this gives us the creamy smoothness of an ale with a nice dry crisp finish. The Creme Ale is great on hot summer days.

Semi cloudy orangish yellow with a thin ff-white head. Smell is sugary sweet and honey and flowers. Flavor is sweet and juice like. High carbonation. It just reminds me of a carbonated juice. Not bad, just not really my thing.

From a 12 oz bottle from a six pack purchased in McCall, idaho this poured a hazy lemon yellow with a foamy head head that diminished quickly and left light lacing. The aroma is citrus, floral, and grassy hops. . Light body and nice smooth mouthfeel. The flavor has a slight sourness and the finish is dry and bitter.

12 oz. bottle- Pours pale golden with little head, lacing is standard. Nothing special about the aroma, the flavor is hard to pinpoint, some ginger, but i am unimpressed with this beer, It should be creamy. It just isn’t that good.

Sour, citrus, very crisp and clean. Not sure where the cream taste is. Lots of citrus. Interesting beer

THOUGHTS: My first good cream ale. Very crisp and refreshing, yet flavorful. Way more citrus than I would have expected. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy, light yellow with an average, almost white head that slowly diminished and kept a thin sheet and left good lacing. The aroma was light yeast, lemon citrus mostly, some fruit and some flowers. The initial flavor was slightly sweet, acidic and slightly sour; while the finish was acidic, ever so slightly bitter and slightly sour with a short to average duration. There was lemon citrus mostly, lost of fruit, some floral notes and a little yeast, too. The light to medium body was sort of creamy and dry with fizzy carbonation and a chalky, dry and light to moderately astringent finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy straw body with a white head. Nice fruity esters, hints of citrus, lemon, light passion fruit and mildly tart. Almost slightly infected but in a good way. Sweet and drying. Nice brew.

12 oz bottle. Smells pretty bland, almost like a premium lager. The grains I smell don’t smell quite as cheap though. Pours golden with a quickly dissipating medium-sized head. Decent lacing. Definitely creamy, full-bodied. Tastes of quality grain, some malt sweetmess. I’m pleasantly surprised by this one. I wasn’t expecting much.

Courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours clear gold with nice white head. The aroma is full of grains and floral hops, some lemony citrus and some hay too. Very nice. The taste begins with a pulse of peanut butter then moving toward fresh grains, floral hops and a sting of lemon like acidity for added interest and balance. I love the taste of this.

Bottle. Sweet and bubbly sugar and apple juice nose, well, more like cheap champagne. Bright, clear yellow-golden body with a loud, fizzy white head. Taste is dryish and very effervescent, light yeast and sour metallic notes. Crisp medium body. Husky, grainy, bright hops really firm pale malts (and yes, I have tasted these before in Aussie beers). Can’t bear to finish this by itself, but likely would be very good with food.
