Bomber. Pours a hazy amber orange color with a small off white head. Nose of caramel, pine resin, spices, sweet fruits. Initial taste is sweet tangy fruits with caramel. Moving into a resiny pine hop character, displaying some earthiness. Mid palate to finish develops into a good hop balance with a resiny background. Spices linger. The 10% ABV is masked beautifully masked. Good head retention and palate duration. Medium body with velvety feel. Very tasty double ipa.

Beautiful sunset amber, thick whipped cream head that rose slowly and stubbornly stayed there. Abrasive hop character and display, resiny piney goodness over a dense chewy bready malt base.

22oz. bomber, with thanks to ditmier for the great bonus. Pours a clear golden orange with a creamy tan head, nice lacing and retention. Aroma is a nice blend of pine, floral, and citrus. Flavor has a weird sweetness on the front, with a little more citrus and pine coming in later. Fairly quick and clean finish. Not sure what the odd taste is, but it’s distracting and gives this a strange vibe. Thanks again Eric!

Bomber from Jake65 - thanks!Clear amber with a loose white head. Strange nose - perfumey and sweet, something like Juicy Fruit gum, with some pine. Very fruity flavor, solid malt spine, woody. I like this beer, but it’s.. strange. Sweet, lingering finish, more of that Juicy Fruit flavor. Nice lace.

22oz bottle from the The_Epeeist, thanks Chris. Dark brownish pour with a slight orange tint to it. Smelled spicy, like cinnamon with a little hoppiness to it. Very nice hop bitterness in the flavor though very nice smoothness as well.

Sampled on 10/23/2008. This imperial IPA pours a slightly hazy orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head nice retention and decent lacing. The aroma is grapefruit, pineapple, caramel and sweet. A medium to full bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity, floral and a touch piney. A medium bitterness Imperial IPA. Lively carbonation. Lots of orange and orange peel flavors towards the back end of the taste. Hides the 10% alcohol well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is somewhat bitter.
