Jun 19, 2007 Hazy deep amber. Loose head. Quite chewy, woody, citrusy...a big IIPA nose. Sweet, woody-hoppy...yeah it’s an IIPA, really run of the mill one at that.

Jul 9, 2007 RBSG07. From 22 oz bottle. Pours amber. Aroma is grape fruit and floral. Flavour is malty and fruity hops. Finish is strong bitterhops in a nice malty blend, almost barrel aged in flavour.

Jul 1, 2007 (RBSG07, 22oz bottle) Beige head atop clear brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some pineapple, caramel, light spice. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, orange, light dusky, faint pineapple. Medium body, lots of acidity.

Nov 18, 2007 Bottle at the RBSG grand tasting on 6/23/07: Pours a transparent amber bronze with a thin ring of wispy off-white head. Aroma of big fresh grapefruity hops and caramel malty sweetness. Body starts full, sweet and caramely malty with good fresh citrusy and piny hoppy presence. Finishes fresh and bittersweet hiding its alcohol very well. A nice IIPA.
