Courtesy of sebletitje. Thanks Sebastian. Deep brown pour with thin off white 20 second head. The aroma is fairly complex with pine, resin, a bit of grass, perfumy floral hops and a bit of mild roasted malts. The taste is full crystal malts and mildly roasted malts moving into grapefruit hop bitterness, a touch of pine, resin and floral hop notes. Very nice stuff.

(22oz. bottle) Pours a cloudy brown body with a medium beige head. Aroma of rye, citrus, and roasted black malts. Flavor of rye, hops (pine, citrus), and toffee with a moderately bitter finish.

courtesy of googzoid10. Pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is hoppy, very floral with citrus notes and a light oak nose. Taste, bitter hops, light malts. Finish was rather bitter. Beer is very enjoyable and unique.

A delicious and different IPA. Aroma was nice. Strong bitter citrus hops leaning on grapefruit. Pour was a nice deep dark amber with a 3 finger near tan head. Taste was very bitter with grapefruit dominating and a very sour drying aftertaste. Nice carbonation. The mouth and throat are bone dry after swallowing- I love sour beers so this was good but like Captain Cougar said, I think something may have been off.

Bottle: Pours a mostly opaque with a very large, overcarbonated clingy froth of beige head. Aroma, unfortunately, has strong notes of sauerkraut and some faint dark roasted malts. Body starts effervescent and semi-tart with a touch of dark caramel and roasted malts, before a drier, more bitter finish Sadly, the citrusy hops are overshadowed by a bad infection. Looks like I must’ve gotten a bad bottle, since no one else seems to note any of these problems.

Bottle thanks to sebletitje. Pours brown with a tan head. Aroma is woody, spicy pine with some citrus to it. Flavor is malty red grapefruit, some chocolate and bitter hops (think citrus and red grapefruit) to finish off. Nice and enjoyable.

Bottle courtesy of sebletitje. Pours a slightly hazy brown with a small off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of citrus and floral hops with chocolate and coffee. Taste is the same as aroma but more prominent. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness and smooth alcohol. Very good.
