Commercial Description:
Our IPA has an Intense hop aroma and strong malt body, followed by a smooth clean finish. Pacific Northwest malted barley with hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create this IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors. The IPA is best served cool, not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma. The perfect beer for any day.

12 oz bottle from Market of Choice. Dark orange pour with a pretty big white head. Aroma is a nice mixture of pine and grapefruit with some caramel malt for balance. Flavor much the same, more pine than citrus but both meshing well with the caramel malt to create a tasty and well-balanced IPA. Mouthfeel medium to heavy, very pleasing.

Bottle. Pours turbid orangy coppery with 2-finger off-white clingy head. Nose is resiny hops, caramel malt, mango, pineapple, tangerine. Tastes caramel malty, with a nice tropical fruity medley of mango, tangerine, peppery hops, and a smooth finish. Very well made and nicely balanced.

From Belmont Station, in Portland, OR. Certainly a far better representation of Idaho beer than that damned Grand Teton from the night previous. This started with a bang, producing a huge white, foamy head of at least four fingers depth, capping a body of cloudy orange hue. The aroma was an inviting wave of hop floating upwards, and wasn’t the taste just as nice! A real IPA, I think, along with no issues about the mouthfeel or finish.

Bottled. Poured slightly hazy medium golden with a tall, fluffy off-white head. The aroma picked up zesty grapefruit and fresh pine needles over a sweet caramel and candied fruit base.. very well-balanced. The flavor found sweet caramel and toffee at the core with pine resin and grapefruit bitterness around.. peppery through the finish.. tasty. Medium-bodied with ideal carbonation on the palate.. bitterness was high and spot-on.. grainy on the long finish. Excellent stuff!

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a pretty big head and aromas of sweet, tropical fruit and a little bit of pine/grapefruit. Flavor has quite a bit of mango and pineapple with a nice malt presence and a pretty good balance.

Pours amber with a thin white head. Smells of bitter citrus, peppery. Tastes earthy, with some grapefruit and resin on the finish.

12oz bottle from Jason. Orangey pour with a real nice sticky white head that really lasted for awhile. Nice hoppy aroma, a little piney, some citrus maybe. Very smooth flavor, nice hop bite, but not too much. Pretty good IPA.
