Commercial Description:
Our IPA has an Intense hop aroma and strong malt body, followed by a smooth clean finish. Pacific Northwest malted barley with hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create this IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors. The IPA is best served cool, not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma. The perfect beer for any day.

12 oz. bottle. pours thin head of good duration, over a clear (SRM 10) body. nose of nice pine and grapefruit.....taste initially of sweet malts evolving to grapefruit and medium bitterness, mouth feel is good. A nicely balanced IPA.

2009 Bottle - Pours a cloudy orange with a small off white head..aroma is citrus hoppy, pineapple...flavour is bitter hop resin up front that goes unbalanced...bitterness lingers, but not much going on, hop liquid...faint caramel on the back end, but too little too late...

12 oz. bottle at Flat Rock Saloon. Poured exquisite hazy orange with eggshell white head. Lovely subtle IPA profile. Sweet malts and a piney, hoppy finish. Not overwhelmingly bitter. Smooth and drinkable. Very sessionable. Underrated and a very pleasant surprise.

Bottle Pours a cloudy golden with a big creamy white head. The head lasts very well. Has a good citrus hoppy aroma. Has a good carbination and a strong mouthfeel. Has a good hoppy flavor. Blended very well. Has a nice hoppy taste. Good mixture of the hops which produces a very hearty finish. This is a good IPA, I like it a lot.

From a 12 oz bottle this poured a copper color with off-white head and very heavy and attractive lacing rings. The nose is citrus hops, and the mouthfeel is rich and oily. Flavor is classic west coast IPA with good balance between the malts and hops, and the finish is nicely bitter. A very good and easy drinking IPA.

12oz bottle: Appearance is a hazy brown with slow fading cream color head, aroma strong in citrus hops and hints of malt, falvor is very hoppy with a good amount of malt and a nutty finish. one of the better IPAs i have had would get again if it wasnt for the price.

A thanks to Skyview for yet another beer. It’s a typical beer in the middle of the IPA spectrum, some malts but not enough. Good aroma, grapefruit especially. Decent IPA.

A delicious IPA via trade with Chewy. Aroma was a nice grapefruit hoppiness. Pour was a light gold with a one finger white head. Taste was all hops (how I like it). This is almost like drinking liquified grapefruit rind. Nice carbonation with a strongly bitter aftertaste.
