Commercial Description:
Our IPA has an Intense hop aroma and strong malt body, followed by a smooth clean finish. Pacific Northwest malted barley with hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create this IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors. The IPA is best served cool, not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma. The perfect beer for any day.

22 oz bottle, from "By the Bottle" bottle shop in Vancouver, WA. Pours deep pecan amber with a creamy off-white head that lingers nicely and leaves ample lace. Aroma is fruity, earthy and floral with caramel and toffee present as well. Flavor is rich and malty, with more caramel and an over ripe, almost souring summer fruit character, citrus and piney hops as well. Medium to full body, gentle carbonation. Not bad.

Draught: Aroma of fruit, hops, strawberries, and pine. Poured amber in color with a big, dense, white head that lasted throughout. Sparkling. Hazy. Good lacing. Flavor is light to medium bitter and lightly sweet. Tastes of hops, pine, fruit, and grapefruit. Not all that bitter. Medium body. Slightly sticky, dry texture. Average to lively carbonation. Fruity, hoppy, lightly dry finish. Very drinkable.

This is just the regular IPA but it kicks hop behind, and is better than their DIPA. Super hoppy and carbonated, mmmm.

(22oz bottle, thanks acrdz). Peach juice colored ale with an off white head. Peachy floral aromas ride waves of brown sugar and caramel. Grapefruit and floral hop bitterness balances well on notes of caramel and toasted fuzzy fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bittersweet finish. Session worthy in my book...

22oz bottle, courtesy of acrdz. Thanks, Mike! Pours a ruby-orange color; white head with patchy lacing. Earthy and floral hops in the aroma; an earthy malt core underneath. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: earthy and floral, chewy hops (following the aroma); plenty of chewiness, a touch sticky; not overly interesting, and I found it hard to drink much of this. Lengthy, sticky hop finish: earthiness, sugar, and candy.
