Commercial Description:
Our IPA has an Intense hop aroma and strong malt body, followed by a smooth clean finish. Pacific Northwest malted barley with hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create this IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors. The IPA is best served cool, not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma. The perfect beer for any day.

Bottle... Poured clear amber with a foamy beige head. Aroma of yeast and pine and hops. Silky palate with flavors of oaky alcohol, woodsy spices, hops and sweet malt characters. I nice mix-up from your run of the mill IPAs.

A- Pours a deep orange with a 1 finger eggshell head which leaves quite a bit of lacing as it dissapates. S- Smell is supersweet and floral. Already I am starting to get a little apprehensive about this one. T- Taste is definitely hoppy but also has what I can only describe as a soapy sweetness. This one definitely did not hit me the right way. M- Semi viscous, a good amount of carbonation. D- I found this one very hard to drink. The soapiness in the taste really threw me off.

12 oz bottle. Clear pink brown with a bubbly splotch. Nose is orange and caramel with mild grass. Medium light but a bit chewy; a few sparks of carb. Taste is sticky orange and clementines with a creamy malt center. Finishes with crisp, bitter citrus peel drying. Spot on IPA.

Big thanks to Buckeyeboy: Pours a clear orange beer with a nice frothy white head. Aroma is very floral, citrus and piney. Flavor is the wonderfully bitter flavor of NW hops and there is jus the right amount of caramel sweetness to balance the whole thing out. Nice long bitter finish. A very nice IPA.

Bottle: Golden amber colored pour with medium sized white head. Sweet grassy, piney aroma with a nice light hoppy finish. I enjoyed this.
